Drafts conflict waivers and ethical walls, advises attorneys on professional responsibility obligations, conducts client background research, and prepares legal research memoranda regarding ethics and risk management. Requires occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday conflicts checks.

Manages attorney billing by preparing and approving proformas, issuing invoices, handling e-billing submissions and disputes, configuring client and matter billing information, and maintaining compliance with firm and client requirements. The role analyzes billing data, creates schedules and reports, coordinates with attorneys, staff, and clients, and maintains confidential records while meeting strict deadlines.
