A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE 

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be the architect of our visual narrative. You’ll conceptualize, design, and produce high-end content that resonates deeply with our discerning clientele, particularly those within the luxury space. 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

• Design, develop, test, and support web applications and integration services. 

• Troubleshoot application failures and recommend solutions. 

• Optimize existing code for performance and scalability. 

• Conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions. 

• Ensure compliance with software processes and procedures. 

• Drive continuous learning and improvement within the team. 

• Communicate project deliverables to stakeholders. 

• Occasionally work outside normal hours to meet deadlines. 

• Foster a vibrant workplace culture and lead initiatives. 

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: 

• Story Points Completed per Sprint: Tracks the amount of functionality delivered within a set timeframe (Agile methodology). 

• Code Churn Rate: Measures the amount of code added and then removed (because its wrong) during development 

• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Tracks the number of complex technical problems solved and innovative solutions implemented.
