We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer.
Your main tasks will be:
Building and evolving design systems for iOS, Android, and mobile web
Creating prototypes and communicating microinteractions to the team
Running user research: interviews, usability tests, A/B tests
Shaping product decisions using both UX and product metrics
Owning design from ideation to measurable impact
We expect from you:
- 4+ years in UX/UI design, 2+ years in product companies (startups preferred)
- Portfolio with real impact: ideation, A/B tests, redesigns, results
- Experience on B2C products as a Senior Product Designer
- Proactive, self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, Confluence
- English B2+
