We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and partnering with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire top talent. 

As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll combine strong recruitment expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder partnership, and project leadership. You'll help drive recruitment excellence, champion an outstanding candidate experience, strengthen our employer brand, and contribute to initiatives that enhance how we attract and hire talent across BCAA.

What You'll Do 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions across the organization. 

  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies and identify the capabilities needed for success. 

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 

  • Utilize data to identify roadblocks and shift strategies. 

  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies. 

  • Represent BCAA externally through networking, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives. 

  • Lead strategic talent acquisition projects that improve recruitment processes, tools, and programs. 

  • Track recruitment outcomes and leverage insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness. 

  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to the ongoing development of BCAA's talent acquisition function. 

What You Bring 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, ideally in an in-house environment. 

  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including leadership, business-critical, technical, or specialized positions. 

  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other talent pipelines. 

  • Proven ability to partner with leaders and translate business needs into effective hiring strategies. 

  • Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. 

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, with Workday experience considered an asset. 

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

 

The salary range for this position is $91,185.84 to $113,982.36 and is determined viajob-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
