Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Marketing
Job description:• Support with creating and curating compelling and differentiated presentations and thought leadership pieces for the wider team.• Manage the plans, content and activities for Foundry's social platforms including Teams channels, LinkedIn, newsletters and other marketing materials.• Engage colleagues, customers, and other key audiences to drive and promote Mastercard's innovation narrative.• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events and promotional activities.• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining marketing calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.• Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with the brand's social media communities, and help to grow and nurture these audiences.• Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's guidelines and messaging.• Craft targeted communication strategies for innovation research and Foundry portfolio solutions.• Support content creation for the Mastercard Experience Centers (MECs) and broader organization
Skills • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Interest and curiosity in emerging technologies.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
