(FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. The Sr. Product Manager role at FISPAN is responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy from concept to launch, driving product vision, and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires close alignment with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales to define product features, prioritize the product roadmap, and ensure timely delivery. This role will also require mentorship to team members, helping guide their development and contributing to overall team success and achievement of team goals. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and drive the multi-year product strategy for specific areas of FISPAN’s product offering, aligning with company objectives and the needs of our bank partners and end-users.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Serve as the product leader within an agile development team, collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and QA to guide products from conception to launch and iteration.
- Deeply Understand the Customer: Engage directly with bank stakeholders, end-users, and internal servicing teams to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and champion their needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Execute with Precision: Translate complex business requirements and technical challenges into a clear, prioritized backlog. Author detailed Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure your team has the clarity to build and ship with confidence.
- Drive for Measurable Outcomes: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products, and use this data to drive your strategic decision-making.
- Master the Domain: Become a subject matter expert in corporate banking, payments, and ERP financial modules, and use this expertise to identify new opportunities for value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Strategy into Execution: Convert the high-level product vision into a prioritized roadmap, detailed user stories, and actionable technical requirements that empower the Engineering and UX teams to build with clarity and purpose.
- Champion Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the product evangelist and central point of communication, ensuring seamless collaboration between Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support to drive initiatives from business case to successful launch and market adoption.
- Own Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to define the product's unique value proposition and inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive a Data-Informed Lifecycle: Establish and analyze key performance metrics for your products. Use this data and direct client feedback to lead a continuous cycle of post-launch evaluation, iteration, and improvement.
- Manage Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external bank partners, gathering critical feedback and ensuring product development is tightly aligned with client demands and strategic partnership goals.
Qualifications
- An Experienced Product Leader: You have 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, Fintech, or API-first platform products. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is expected.
- Technically Fluent: Demonstrable knowledge of web-based technologies and hands on experience managing the backlog for software development teams. You are comfortable getting into the details with engineers, discussing API design, system architecture and data models.
- A Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture and connect day-to-day development with long-term business goals. You excel at prioritization and making tough trade-offs, using quantitative data as a tool in your decision making.
- An Exceptional Communicator: Specific experience in working closely with financial end users and web oriented software engineers, translating complex requirements into deliverable components of a web application or integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or building integrations for major ERP and accounting systems. Examples include: NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- In-depth understanding of corporate finance and banking principles. You have a strong grasp of core financial workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and the underlying banking products that support them, such as domestic & international payments (ACH, EFT, Wires), treasury management services (cash positioning, forecasting), commercial card programs (including virtual cards), and trade finance or commercial lending concepts.
- Experience with commercial virtual card payments is highly desirable.
- Proven track record working on fintech, payments, or corporate banking projects.
- Strong interest in how large enterprises manage money, data, and information across complex systems, with exposure to enterprise technology.
- Technical proficiency in web and API technologies and integration strategies. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman and Swagger are excellent.
- Experience or strong interest in Generative AI, AI, or machine learning is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, implement change, and bring innovative ideas to product development.

Compensation Package
FISPAN believes in an atmosphere and culture when innovation can flourish, collaboration and teamwork are valued and transparency is at the core of it all. We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $130,340 - $141,670 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
