Narvar is growing! We are hiring a strong Senior Product Manager who has proven experience in building best-in-class SaaS products and features. You will be an integral part of a team that is helping drive the next wave of Narvar’s growth. This role will lead our Assist (delivery claims) product line, evolving our existing roadmap, finding new ways to compete in our ecosystem, and leveraging AI and next-gen optimization tools to drive higher customer ROI.
We’re looking for someone who has experience building and driving the adoption of features in SaaS applications while having a keen eye for intuitive consumer-facing workflows. The candidate has independently led projects from idea to pilot usage, iterating on feedback to eliminate friction and help users accomplish the job to be done. This role will work closely with product managers of senior and junior levels.
Day-to-day
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build Assist’s roadmap
- Specify, prioritize, and communicate product specs, using PRDs that contain user stories, business rules, flows, interaction design guidance, and use cases
- Use customer & market research, user feedback, customer usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
- Leverage your data skills and reporting tools to identify important trends, feature opportunities, and product metrics that forward business goals
- Work with clients to gather requirements, iterate on product features, and generally enforce our role as a valued business partner
- Identify and interpret immediate and/or upcoming client needs and work with the team to develop a product feature plan that addresses them
- Collaborate with other product managers to ensure consistency and compatibility across all Narvar products
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 6-10 years of product management experience in consumer applications, with a background in retail technology, eCommerce, or CRM.
- Data Savvy: Proven ability to analyze metrics and use data to inform strategic decisions and product iterations.
- Integration Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing third-party integrations and driving ecosystem growth.
- Design Sensibility: A keen eye for great design and the drive to deliver products that offer seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent skills in working with internal teams to articulate product vision and strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
