Within Microsoft Services, the Adoption Change Management and Service Management Practice (ACSM) delivers organizational change services that drive leadership, IT, and end-user adoption across Microsoft platforms, solutions, and services. 

 

We are looking for a Senior Organization Change Manager to join our ACSM team. This role leads or contributes to AI-enabled organizational and operational change engagements, supports practice development and delivery excellence, and helps customers achieve measurable outcomes such as adoption, productivity gains, ROI, cost optimization, market share impact, and KPIs met or exceeded. 


Responsibilities

The Senior Organization Change Manager will lead change strategy, stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and value realization across complex Microsoft engagements, including AI-enabled transformation programs. Core responsibilities include: 

  • Lead organizational and operational change strategy for Microsoft technology and AI solution implementations. 

  • Assess change readiness, stakeholder impact, business process change, and organizational capacity for change. 

  • Secure executive alignment and engage impacted business, IT, leadership, and user groups. 

  • Develop adoption, communication, training, feedback mechanisms, and sustainment plans aligned to client culture and business rhythm. 

  • Define and report value measures such as productivity gains, ROI, cost reduction or avoidance, market share growth, experience improvements, and KPIs met or exceeded. 

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Microsoft and client change teams while aligning the program delivery to quality, margin, customer satisfaction, risks, and expectations. 

  • Support ACSM architects and consulting specialists in scope, sizing, pre-sales, and delivery coordination as needed.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business 
    • OR equivalent experience. 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Anthropology, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 

  • Advanced change management certification preferred, such as Prosci and/or ACMP Master. 

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting, technology implementation, organizational change management, or related fields, including global engagement delivery. 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and business leaders and work across diverse industries. 

  • Strong understanding of how people experience change; Prosci ADKAR experience and Spanish, French, or Portuguese language skills preferred. 


Technology Consulting IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $105,400 - CAD $169,400 per year.
