Lead advanced technical support and escalation for top Microsoft Fabric customers. Diagnose and resolve complex Fabric and Power BI issues, collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize fixes, drive automation and operational excellence, and create guidance and educational content to improve platform reliability and customer outcomes.

Build and prototype polished, high-fidelity customer-facing web components and UX platforms; iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback; use data to drive improvements; create wireframes and experiments; integrate with backend services via REST/GraphQL and ensure designs scale.

Design, implement, and operate scalable, reliable components of distributed messaging and control-plane infrastructure for Azure Messaging. Write production-ready code, optimize performance, perform code reviews, apply testing and reliability practices, and collaborate across teams to support deployment and live-site operations.

Design, build, and operate high-throughput data movement and replication services for Microsoft Fabric. Lead architecture, write and review maintainable code, debug and monitor systems, drive testing and automation, identify dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, security, and customer-focused metrics.

Designs and deploys AI agents, develops AI literacy and retraining programs, embeds adoption into performance and onboarding systems, and protects employee privacy. Directs readiness assessments, change programs, AI councils, champion networks, global training, stakeholder workshops, and adoption analytics to ensure sustained behavioral change across large organizations.

Lead value discovery and realization for strategic AI and agent investments. Facilitate executive and CFO workshops, develop value hypotheses, prioritize agent backlogs, build ROI and scenario-based business cases, establish KPI measurement systems and baselines, and track realized P&L impact. Create Power BI and Viva Insights dashboards, assess scale readiness, develop reusable value frameworks, and transfer value-management capabilities to customer teams.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by leading business planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, communications, performance management, organizational health, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into execution plans, establish success metrics, manage operational reviews and business continuity, coordinate resources, influence decisions with data-driven insights, and ensure organizational alignment, compliance, and measurable results.
