Owns staffing, utilization, readiness, service delivery, customer satisfaction, resource planning, and business growth. Builds executive customer relationships, coaches technical teams, supports pre-sales and renewals, manages complex customer situations, and drives secure, resilient, AI-enabled solutions through Microsoft and partner collaboration.

Drives AI, CRM, ERP, security, and cloud solution sales across a Western Canada multi-industry territory. Manages opportunities throughout the sales cycle, develops territory and pipeline strategies, engages executives and partners, and coordinates Microsoft teams to deliver business transformation outcomes. Builds trusted customer relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, forecasts performance, and aligns solutions with customer priorities, adoption goals, compliance requirements, and measurable business value.
