About the Role

As a Partner Consulting Manager at Ramp, you’ll lead a growing team responsible for driving Ramp’s most strategic partner programs. From partner-led implementations and technical integrations to pre- and post-sales enablement. You’ll shape the direction of Ramp’s Partner Consulting function, define scalable processes, and ensure our partners and enterprise clients receive world-class technical and advisory support. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role spanning Partnerships, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Partner Consulting organization, aligning it with Ramp’s growth goals, enterprise expansion, and AI-led initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Partners to advocate for product & integration development in line with customer & partner needs

  • Help partners build service packages targeted at Ramp customers and identify opportunities for client advisory services or managed services that will incentivize partners to sell Ramp to their clients.

  • Establish operating cadences, KPIs, and resourcing models to evaluate the impact of Partner Consultant involvement on channel goals and headcount needed to meet growth targets.

  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on technical excellence, partner advocacy, and measurable business outcomes.

What You Need
  • 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Channel-focused leadership roles, with 3+ years managing or mentoring technical partnership teams.

  • Proven track record of scaling partner or professional services programs for SaaS or fintech organizations (experience with GSIs and ISVs strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable partner enablement and implementation frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and external partners.

  • Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with AI-driven SaaS or automation tools and their impact on professional services delivery.

  • Strong understanding of financial workflows, ERP systems, and accounting integrations.

  • Prior experience working in or with large global consulting firms.
