Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

Partners with department heads and senior leaders to initiate, advise, formulate and deliver effective people strategies and management, collaborating with Regional Partners as required, for both short and long term impacts

Collaborate effectively with HR cross-functional teams (Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development) and across regional and functional business units within the organization to assess business needs and gaps as the business groups continue to grow and evolve

Manage the assigned HR Service Delivery team to ensure that all HR transactional activities for the business group(s) are achieved with a high level of quality and accuracy
Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years of management experience

CPHR designation is preferred

Experience in a global organization working with cross-functional COE’s and regional partners is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$115,120.00 - $172,700.00
STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
