As the Senior Manager, Digital Performance Marketing, you will own the execution and performance of Arc’teryx’s paid media programs across North America and Europe, leading in-house Paid Search and Paid Social teams to drive growth, revenue, and ROI. This role blends strategy and hands-on leadership, with accountability for channel performance and turning insights into action. You will partner closely with CRM, Guest Insights, Retail, Brand, Ecommerce, and Global Digital, Global Marketing Science, and Technology teams to deliver full funnel, omnichannel growth and scale efficient new guest acquisition.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Digital Performance Marketing team sits within the broader Digital Growth Marketing organization and is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media across SEM and Paid Social. The team partners closely with CRM, Guest Insights, Retail, Brand, Merchandising, Analytics, Technology, and Global Marketing Science teams to deliver measurable growth across Ecommerce and Retail.
If you were the Senior Manager, Digital Performance Marketing now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Owning performance and optimization of Paid Digital channels with a focus on Programmatic and Paid search programs across North America and Europe while ensuring alignment to our long term strategic plan
- Managing channel budgets to deliver against revenue, ROAS, and acquisition targets, including Ecom ROAS and Omni iROAS
- Driving optimization across channel mix, audiences, creative testing, and conversion tactics
- Identifying performance risks early and implementing action plans when needed
- Collaborating with cross functional partners like Guest Insights and Global Marketing Science teams to leverage reporting, MMM, incrementality, and attribution to inform investment decisions
- Contributing to ecommerce and digital growth strategy by translating performance insights into recommendations that inform annual planning and long-term roadmaps
- Aligning closely with CRM and Lifecycle teams to support downstream engagement, retention, and LTV growth
- Collaborating with Retail and Drive-to-Store teams to enable omnichannel and store-connected outcomes
- Partnering with Global Digital and Technology teams on platform implementation, including pixels, tagging, and system integrations
- Managing agency, platform, and vendor relationships, including joint business planning with key partners
- Staying ahead of platform changes and emerging trends to continuously improve performance
- Presenting performance insights and recommendations to Senior Leadership with clear narratives

- Functionally leading and developing the high performing Paid Digital teams ensuring the growth and development aligns to the overall ecomm strategic goals
Are you our next Senior Manager, Digital Performance Marketing?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
- You have 8+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with deep hands-on expertise in Google, Bing, GMP, and Social Platforms
- You have experience leading and developing teams, with a strong ability to balance execution and leadership
- You bring strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- You have a proven track record of managing budgets, optimizing ROI, and driving measurable growth
- You are a strategic thinker and can excel in communication and presentation
- Your experience includes acquiring, segmenting, and retaining customers through data-driven user insights while effectively communicating lifecycle KPIs
- You consistently prioritize the perspective of the customer/consumer in your decision-making
- You excel as a communicator, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams from different business channels
- You strike a balance between autonomy and collaboration effectively
- You inspire innovative thinking and continual improvement
