Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Senior Digital Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the scoping, launch, and incubation of new digital marketing initiatives to drive both online and in-store revenue growth. In addition, you will support our Paid Search and Social efforts by identifying opportunities to improve measurement, reporting, and budget allocation.
You are confident working independently to develop data into insights and strategy, then work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to action these plans across our North American markets. You will partner closely with your team and will have access to the resources required to contribute to innovation within the company and the broader industry.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to a flexible hybrid model that includes some required in-office days. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Digital Growth Marketing team is one of the key drivers of ecommerce and in-store revenue for the brand. We’re a high-performing team who manage Search and Social channels in-house and are looking to this role to help expand our capabilities across marketplaces, affiliate, influencer, and other new media formats as they arise.
If you were in the Senior Digital Growth Marketing Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing performance across affiliate and marketplace platforms
- Setting campaign objectives that align with Business KPIs and overall marketing mix
- Managing and reporting on performance and adjusting budgets/creatives/targeting as needed to continuously improve with a focus on incrementality and profitability
- Building and maintaining relationships with cross functional teams across the organization (retail, wholesale, brand, etc.) to facilitate support in our media mix modelling efforts
- Ensuring brand guidelines are upheld across platforms and sharing design best practices for new channels and formats with the creative team
- Collaborating with agency and platform partners to help develop campaigns aligned to company strategic goals and provide feedback to help optimize ad performance
- Supporting with managing budgets, accruals, and invoicing for the wider digital marketing program under the guidance of the Paid Digital Performance Manager

- Taking ownership of new channels, business units, or regions as you successfully scale them to the point where they need more dedicated management
- Supporting the short-term digital strategy to scale the brand in North America, including designing omni-channel plans to connect in-store and online business
- Pitching new opportunities for growth and developing measurement frameworks to judge their success
Are you our next Senior Digital Growth Marketing Specialist?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- You have 3 + years of relevant digital marketing experience
- You have a good understanding of omnichannel marketing
- You have experience with marketplaces, affiliate, or influencer advertising
- You have experience working within vertically integrated DTC retail companies
- You have a strong understanding of the outdoor apparel and equipment industry
- You have a fresh perspective on digital marketing that you are looking for an opportunity to test
- You have your finger on the pulse of what is happening in the world of Digital Marketing and are keen to push boundaries
- You possess strong analytical and technical abilities and can communicate these with others to achieve results
- You understand key performance and omni metrics against diverse marketing goals, and how to apply those KPIs to paid execution
- You have a broad understanding of how seasonal and cultural events impact shoppers, and the ability to proactively plan and pivot to meet these opportunities
- You are detail-oriented and able to keep track of complex campaign executions while meeting launch deadlines
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
