The Opportunity:


We’re growing fast and looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused Senior Manager of Demand Generation to help us turn more great-fit prospects into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue.You’ll lead the charge across the full funnel, from campaign planning and execution to channel optimization and reporting, working closely with content, product marketing, and sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves driving results, scaling what works, and getting things done in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own our demand generation programs from planning to execution across email, paid media, webinars, social, and more
  • Develop and launch campaigns that generate and nurture qualified leads, turning interest into opportunities
  • Build and optimize lead nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel and re-engage older contacts
  • Assist in managing our marketing ops stack to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently (especially HubSpot)
  • Run our event strategy from planning and promotion to on-site logistics and post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate with sales (both direct and partner) to align on goals, improve conversion rates, and stay tight on funnel performance
  • Track and report performance across programs, channels, and campaigns, turning insights into action
  • Manage the demand generation budget to ensure smart spend and strong ROI
  • Use AI to scale efforts when building campaigns and in automating everyday tasks

How We’ll Measure Success:

  • Pipeline and bookings generated by marketing efforts
  • Funnel conversion rates and lead quality
  • Campaign and channel metrics such as ROI, engagement, and cost per lead
  • Event outcomes including attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing (bonus if in an early stage startup!)
  • Proven success building and scaling campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot
  • Strong analytical chops and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive. You thrive in fast-moving environments and love making things better
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 space is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Someone who knows when to say no and ask questions but isn’t afraid of admitting they’re wrong
