About the role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Manager of Demand Generation to both shape and execute our demand generation strategy. This is a player-coach role that goes beyond the top-of-funnel, owning the program, campaign, and channel strategy across the full buyer journey. You will plan and execute integrated campaigns that move prospects through each stage of the lifecycle to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact, not just leads. You’ll balance campaign strategy and execution, mentor a growing team, and bring modern playbooks to help us level up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, wants to grow a demand gen function with ownership, and is excited to build within a scaling team structure. The ideal candidate will have a full-funnel mindset and a strong grasp of new demand generation frameworks and strategies to apply across the buyer journey - from awareness to conversion to closed won. You ideally have a background in lifecycle marketing or campaign management and can orchestrate email, digital, events, webinars, web, and field sales into cohesive multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights will be essential, as well as collaborating closely with the Content, RevOps, Sales, CX, and Product Teams to align campaign strategies with company priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead strategy and execution of pipeline-generating campaigns and programs across paid, organic, email, web, events, field marketing, referral and partner channels
  • Manage our marketing campaign calendar, ensuring campaign timelines are planned and executed on time to hit goals
  • Manage a portion of the monthly program budget with a focus on spend efficiency, including making tactical allocation decisions across the buyer journey
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end campaign planning and execution process (including: goal setting, measuring results, and aligning teams) with KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership on aligning marketing and SDR campaigns
  • Work with consultant and technology partners on co-marketing campaigns/programs
  • Reporting and tracking of weekly and monthly demand generation KPIs and campaigns
  • Mentoring and developing a top-performing team of two strong marketers, with potential to grow in the future
  • Presenting on team initiatives and results at monthly townhall meetings and weekly revenue leaders meetings
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to align on funnel metrics, attribution, and lead quality
  • Bring an outside-in perspective - identify what’s working, what’s not, and what we should try next

    Who You Are:

    • 6–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or revenue marketing, with a few years of leadership experience
    • Experience managing marketing program budgets and campaign strategy
    • A focus on qualified pipeline and revenue, not only lead capture
    • Some experience with SMB or mid-market, not solely enterprise focused (ABM)
    • A data-driven mindset, a proactive attitude, and great organization skills
    • Strong collaborator who seeks out cross-functional feedback and input
    • A continuous development mindset, always learning new approaches and staying current with modern demand generation frameworks and advancements.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
    • Strong understanding of modern channels, funnel metrics, and campaign strategy
    • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to enhance marketing impact
    • Confidence in your ideas, humility in your approach - you’re ready to bring new playbooks, but are open to other perspectives
    • You’re happiest when you’re both setting the plan and rolling up your sleeves to get campaigns live.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience in customer or lifecycle marketing
    • Background in field marketing or partner campaigns
    • Familiarity with the dental or healthcare tech space

Even if you don’t tick every box but you feel you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a high-ownership Senior Manager role, ideal for a seasoned demand generation or growth marketer who’s excited to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $130,000 CAD, with final compensation determined based on experience and overall fit.
