How will you create an impact

 

-Create and manage the schedule to deliver a customer project from the sale phase through raise complete phase, ensuring all of the right people internally and externally are involved and delivering their contributions on schedule

-Deliver on a proactive customer engagement strategy to drive product adoption, training, and enable renewals and ultimately ongoing revenue growth.

-Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to foster long-term business relationships.

-Work toward and achieve KPI’s that are set to drive the business toward desired outcomes

-Leverage the tools, as defined by leadership, to manage the business

-Manage customer onboarding on the DealMaker tech platform and partner with key stakeholders to set up Raise(project) deliverables.

-Lead all phases of the Raise(project) lifecycle, including, but not limited to, Raise(project) plan creation, kickoffs, timelines, milestone meetings, communications, invoicing, and deliverables.

-Work with the sales and support teams to solidify our relationship with the customer and ensure their needs are met throughout the initial onboarding and our ongoing engagement.

-Identify opportunities for upselling services and engage sales team to drive revenue growth

-Partner with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a strong customer experience.

-Escalate issues blocking deliverables and value realization, and rally the organization to support and resolve as soon as possible.

-Generate and monitor data-driven Raise(Project) metrics to set and manage the performance of the Raise(project) based on deliverables, timelines, resources, quality, and other measurable dimensions


What you should have


-Demonstrated experience in managing and developing customer relationships delivering strong customer experience.

-Ability to work and deliver on projects in a high-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders Project management experience.

-It is imperative to have effective organizational and time management skills.

-Strong detail orientation and experience using tools like Monday.com or any other project / deliverable management tools.

-Ability to think out of the box and improving processes to deliver strong customer experiences

-Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
