What you’ll do

You’ll join a team that cares deeply about people, precision, and impact. In this role, you’ll help bring exceptional leaders to Brex and see firsthand how hiring shapes our company’s future. You’ll grow your skills in recruiting, build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and be part of a collaborative, fast-moving team that values good judgment, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our Vancouver office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder interview schedules across time zones with precision and discretion.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional, engaging, and confidential experience from first conversation to offer.
  • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities, anticipate conflicts, and maintain clear communication.
  • Apply sound judgment to navigate last-minute changes, sensitive information, and competing demands with professionalism and tact.
  • Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
  • Support recruiting projects, inclusive of system audits, tool management, data pulls and reviews.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively across teams to build trust, ensure alignment, and maintain a high bar for quality and service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally supporting senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Google Calendar, Greenhouse, ModernLoop and Gem
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Brex with polish and professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Bonus Points 
  • Bring some technical comfort with AI and automation tooling like ATS APIs, Claude, Zapier and ChatGPT

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $69,600 - $100,050. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
