As Sales Analyst, you will be working with MasterCard's' rich data assets to derive mission-critical data sets, insights and reports that support strategy, business operations and sales.
Key responsibilities include:
• Inform Customer account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations• Provide profitability modeling, financial forecasting, competitive analysis and insight into customer's business performance• Support project execution across all business functions including business development, marketing and product management, and act as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects• Support team to deliver against business targets• Partner with sales teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support to sales efforts • Develop and maintain strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners• Prepare recommendations and necessary materials for decision making purposes and recommendations to Management• Manage recurring business processes that rely on database data sets, SQL ETL and other data conversions into end user materials/BI• Participate in cross-functional teams and liaise closely with various internal and external stakeholders, e.g., Product, Finance, Operations, Legal , Customers,...

• Excellent analytical skills: structuring and conducting rigorous analysis using SQL scripts, R, Tableau, MSExcel; can summarize complex information to develop and deliver compelling presentations.• Strong propensity for learning new information platforms and joining data from multiple sources into structured analysis.• Mastery of analysis, modeling and finance concepts• Strong drive and curiosity to learn, creativity, passion to achieve and to excel• Able to manage small-scale projects and use project-management skills for managing processes• Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage and oversee multiple initiatives concurrently• A strong team player who can operate effectively in a complex matrix• Independent worker, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment, operating within a cross-functional team• Able to communicate actively and effectively with clients and company leadership.
