Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As a Senior Analyst, Business Process at Arc’teryx, you will play a meaningful role in how the business identifies, documents, and improves the processes that keep a global supply chain running. You will support process mapping and documentation, analyze data to surface gaps and inefficiencies, and prepare the materials that drive productive workshops, governance reviews, and change initiatives. Working closely with functional teams, you will help test and validate new processes before they go live. This is a role for someone who brings rigorous structured thinking and a continuous improvement mindset to how complex operations get designed and documented.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Business Process team is responsible for defining, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise processes to enable efficient, scalable, and cross-functional operations. The team partners closely with business functions, Technology, and Data & Analytics to ensure processes are aligned to business strategy, supported by systems and data, and consistently executed. Through governance, design, and change enablement, the team drives operational excellence and sustained business value.

If you were in the Senior Analyst, Business Process role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Supporting process documentation, mapping, and version control, ensuring process assets are accurate, accessible, and current
  • Analyzing data and insights to identify process gaps or inefficiencies, and translating findings into clear recommendations for improvement
  • Preparing materials for workshops, governance reviews, and change initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to complex conversations
  • Partnering with functional teams to test, validate, and refine new processes ahead of implementation

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Driving the rollout of standardized processes by documenting workflows, mapping current and future states, and ensuring clarity in how work is executed across the organization
  • Partnering with Technology and Data & Analytics to help define data and system requirements that support process execution and decision-making
  • Contributing to broader supply chain transformation projects that connect process excellence to system and organizational change

Are you our next Senior Analyst, Business Process?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • You have 5+ years of experience in business process, process improvement, or a relevant supply chain or operations role
  • You bring structured problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the documentation discipline to maintain process assets at a high standard
  • You have a working understanding of process improvement methods and a conceptual grasp of how processes and systems connect
  • You think analytically, identify root causes rather than symptoms, and follow through with execution that delivers results
  • You are proactive in your work and bring a results-oriented approach to improving how things get done
  • You are an effective facilitator and collaborator, comfortable bringing people together across functions to align on process challenges and solutions
  • You support change initiatives, communicating with clarity and bringing others navigate transitions
  • You have experience mentoring and developing others, sharing specialized knowledge to support team growth and build capability within your area

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is CAD$94,000 - CAD$124,000
