As a Salesforce Administrator at Hiive, you will own the platform—optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring data integrity to support our fast-growing business. You’ll work closely with various teams to build scalable solutions, automate processes, and drive efficiency. If you're a problem-solver who loves making systems work smarter, we’d love to have you on board! As a note: we are open to hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator for this role.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Administering and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud, including user management, security settings, and system configurations to ensure stability and data security.

Designing and implementing scalable solutions using custom and standard Salesforce objects, flows, triggers, validation rules, and page layouts.

Managing data integrity through duplicate management, data cleanup, validation rules, and bulk operations using SOQL and Data Loader.

Leading testing, verification, and validation of both custom-built and third-party Salesforce applications.

Conducting reviews and manage system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing technical support.

Performing system debugging, testing, and deployment of new or customized application modules while ensuring continued maintenance and improvement.

Overseeing all administrative functions, including profile management, field creation, report generation, dashboard support, and Salesforce release evaluations.

Providing training and support for internal Salesforce users, ensuring adoption and effective system utilization.

Translating business requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions, leveraging tools like Flows, custom Apex, Aura and Lightning Web Components.

Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Managing and enhancing integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using APIs and third-party connectors.

Potential to lead and manage a remote team of up to five CRM professionals.
Required Skills:
-
2+ years in Salesforce administration or development.

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT) with a strong academic record.

Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.

Advanced skills with advanced Salesforce tools including Flow, assignment rules, Visualforce, and Apex.

Ability to manage development and deployment from Sandbox to Production environments.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications, systems, and processes.

Interest in venture capital, startups, and private equity, with an understanding of the unique challenges faced by high-growth companies.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient, with a strong ability to manage and process large datasets, including data import/exports and migrations.
