In this role, you will:
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Craft and pitch tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to expand usage and increase retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and refine sales scripts, email sequences, and custom presentations.
- Maintain a well-organized CRM by tracking all leads, opportunities, and client data; monitor KPIs and sales performance.
- Oversee relationships with external partners and freelancers to boost lead generation efforts.
- Manage tools and platforms that support outbound campaigns and sales automation.
- Represent MacPaw at global industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and expand your network.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Excellent English (Advanced+ level, verbal and written).
- 3+ years in sales or business development, with a strong focus on B2B or partnerships.
- Experience working in software product companies.
- Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and closing deals with business clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; confident in product demos and leading calls.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales targets
Project management chops - you know how to prioritize, plan, and hit deadlines. - Comfortable traveling to global events and representing the company face-to-face.
As a plus:
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with the macOS and iOS ecosystem.
