We're looking for a Product Analyst with strong expertise in iOS and web analytics to join our Analytics Team. You will work closely with the CleanMyPhone product team - as the product enters its next growth stage, the product needs a data-savvy individual who understands how to drive scale through informed decision-making, particularly in optimizing Facebook traffic acquisition and budget efficiency.

In this role, you will:
- Own the analytics infrastructure for the product, including data collection, processing, storage, and security across both iOS and web platforms.
- Deliver actionable insights by analyzing product performance, user behavior, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Support scaling efforts by evaluating and optimizing FB traffic acquisition strategies and ensuring effective budget use.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and anomaly detection systems to monitor key metrics and ensure data visibility for the product team.
- Validate product hypotheses and A/B test results to guide smarter product development decisions.
- Define and advise on relevant KPIs and success metrics to track progress toward team and business goals.
- Educate and align the product marketing team on analytics concepts, metrics, and tools by providing training and clear documentation.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Mobile app marketing analytics (Firebase, AppsFlyer - setup, understanding attribution).
- High level of SQL.
- Web Analytics & Tracking (GA/GTM).
- Deep understanding of marketing metrics and Meta Ads traffic attribution models (SKAD, web2app, web2web), and how these metrics affect business results.
- BI Tools (we use Looker).
- Creating reports for different levels of decision-making.
- Searching for insights in data and investigating root causes of changes.
- Planning and analyzing experiments, knowledge of statistics, and probability theory.
- Critical, systemic, and analytical thinking.
As a plus:
- Python/R, DBT.
- Experience in adapting analytics to GDPR requirements.
- Experience in working with Google Ads, ASA, Affiliate marketing.
- Unit economics.
- Google Tag Manager (+Server Side).
- Growthbook.
