What you need to succeed
- Mining engineering background or significant mining industry experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience selling mining technology, equipment, services, or operational solutions, with a strong understanding of mine-site environments and value drivers.
- Established network and credibility within the mining industry, with the ability to build relationships across operational, technical, and executive leadership teams.
- Ability to effectively position a portfolio of mining technology solutions, including AI, machine vision, analytics, and automation products, by connecting technology capabilities to customer operational outcomes.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America with a valid passport.
- Ability to engage and influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders throughout complex sales cycles.
