Own and grow strategic mining accounts across North America by driving adoption of AI-powered machine vision, analytics, and automation solutions. Build executive-level relationships, align technology to safety and productivity outcomes, lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with technical teams, and travel extensively to support customers and drive revenue growth.

Perform rubber lining operations including preparing pipes/hoses, applying rubber per drawings, operating and logging autoclave curing cycles, reading blueprints, handling materials, and maintaining safety and quality procedures.

Interpret engineering drawings to layout, fit, tack and prepare large components and pipe assemblies for welding. Operate shop equipment (cranes, forklifts, cutters, grinders), maintain material traceability and quality, collaborate with welders and QC, and follow strict safety procedures to meet fabrication standards.

Set up and operate manual machining equipment (flange facing, drills, presses, benders, ironworker, saws, torch cutters), interpret engineering drawings, support fabrication teams, maintain 5S workplace organization, and follow strict safety procedures to meet production and quality goals.

Perform finishing on cured rubber liners to meet technical specifications, inspect for defects, operate large grinders and manual tools safely while wearing required PPE, collaborate with a small buffer team to meet production goals, and follow strict safety protocols.

Support and improve enterprise business systems (NetSuite, CRM, BI) across a global organization. Troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, map processes, train users, and partner with stakeholders to drive system optimization and digital transformation.

Review and compile quality documentation, inspect MTRs/NDE/welding codes, manage client quality visits and hold/witness points, generate NCRs, update weld trackers, and support inspections to ensure timely, accurate quality packages.

Drive enterprise sales of Micromine Origin across the Americas: own territory, prospect for net-new business, manage long-cycle consultative deals, collaborate with technical teams, influence go-to-market, and exceed targets using disciplined pipeline and CRM practices.
