Provides operational HR partnership across a global Finance portfolio. Advises managers and employees on lifecycle activities, employee relations, performance, compensation, talent reviews, engagement, data changes, and HR policies. Coordinates with local HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely, and risk-aware HR support. Uses HR systems, reports, and trackers to monitor activity and prepares clear updates, action logs, briefing notes, and communications.

Operate manual machining and fabrication equipment; interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols; measure, cut, bevel, fit, align, clamp, and tack-weld components; plan jobs and machine setups; maintain material traceability records; and follow safety requirements. The role requires a Red Seal metal fabrication qualification or equivalent experience, mandatory forklift and overhead crane certifications, and related fabrication or manufacturing experience.

Prepare and apply rubber linings to pipes and hoses per blueprints, operate and monitor autoclaves for curing, maintain logs and material records, handle loading/unloading of materials, and follow safety procedures to ensure accurate lining and quality control.

Develop and deliver production-ready machine learning and computer vision solutions for mining operations, owning projects from research through deployment. Work across edge, embedded and cloud environments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor developers, contribute to documentation and governance, and monitor model performance to improve safety, efficiency and sustainability at scale.

Partners with regional leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Uses people analytics, supports talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, engagement, compensation, employee relations, compliance, and change management. Advises managers, drives HR program adoption, supports inclusion initiatives, and promotes a strong safety culture. Requires approximately 5–10% travel across Canada.

Perform rubber lining of pipes and hoses following safety procedures, blueprints, and drawings. Prepare surfaces after sandblasting, apply rubber to interiors, lay out components to specified tolerances, handle materials, and follow zero-harm safety practices.
