Owns accounting and financial reporting for Canadian and U.S. operations across multiple entities, currencies, and business models. The role strengthens financial controls, supports month-end close, revenue, payables, and inventory processes, converts financial information into business insight, and advances AI, automation, and standardization. It also involves partnering with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams while coaching junior colleagues and serving as a senior escalation point.

Develop and deliver production-ready machine learning and computer vision solutions for mining operations, owning projects from research through deployment. Work across edge, embedded and cloud environments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor developers, contribute to documentation and governance, and monitor model performance to improve safety, efficiency and sustainability at scale.
