Provides operational HR partnership across a global Finance portfolio. Advises managers and employees on lifecycle activities, employee relations, performance, compensation, talent reviews, engagement, data changes, and HR policies. Coordinates with local HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely, and risk-aware HR support. Uses HR systems, reports, and trackers to monitor activity and prepares clear updates, action logs, briefing notes, and communications.

Operate manual machining and fabrication equipment; interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols; measure, cut, bevel, fit, align, clamp, and tack-weld components; plan jobs and machine setups; maintain material traceability records; and follow safety requirements. The role requires a Red Seal metal fabrication qualification or equivalent experience, mandatory forklift and overhead crane certifications, and related fabrication or manufacturing experience.

Prepare and apply rubber linings to pipes and hoses per blueprints, operate and monitor autoclaves for curing, maintain logs and material records, handle loading/unloading of materials, and follow safety procedures to ensure accurate lining and quality control.
