Your Role

Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Sales Administrator provides administrative support to the Inside Sales Team on a temporary full-time basis for an 18-month contract. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations by keeping information accurate, coordinating logistics, and supporting product demonstrations. You will work closely with colleagues across the organization, contributing to the efficiency of the sales function and the broader team.


Your Responsibilities Include: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for administrative and system support queries
  • Monitor shared inboxes and voicemail, routing messages promptly
  • Liaise across Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and IT to resolve issues
  • Manage leads, quotes, and handoff processes across the team
  • Coordinate Canadian tradeshow scheduling, inventory, and shipping logistics
  • Manage trial stock, including shipping, scheduling, tracking, and returns
  • Monitor orders and shipments, providing proactive updates and resolving issues
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Create and track JIRA tickets, following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide calendar management support for the Inside Sales team
  • Support LMS administration (from July 31, 2026 onwards)
  • Contribute to special projects and additional duties as assigned

Your Experience So Far: 

  • 2+ years in a sales administration role (essential)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA considered a strong asset
  • Experience with leads, quotes, and sales workflow handoffs
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Tradeshow or event logistics experience an asset

Location and Compensation:

This is a temporary full-time role with an 18-month contract. It is hybrid, so we can only consider candidates based within a commutable distance of our Vancouver, BC office. The salary range for this position is between $58,000 and $62,000.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales administration role is essential
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and JIRA considered a strong asset
  • Experience with leads and quotes processes and sales workflow handoffs
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly share information between customers, colleagues, and departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Experience with tradeshow coordination or event logistics is an asset
  • Basic understanding of customer service, record keeping, and order processing practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
