There is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join the sales and marketing team in Vancouver as a Project Sales Administrator. The sites are in Metro Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be a diligent individual with high attention to detail and is motivated by challenge and a fast-paced environment. This position will be in Metro Vancouver.

What Will You do?
- Work onsite with a project sales team
- Greet and present project information to the public
- Responsible for daily sales center operations
- Responsible for contract and inventory management
- Provide market feedback to Head Office
- Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions
- Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches
What You Bring:
- Completion of Grade 12
- Post-Secondary education is an asset.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Background in real estate an asset
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Problem solving skills
- High learning aptitude
- Self-starter
- Works well in team and individual based environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
- Access to a vehicle and hold a valid drivers license
