Artificial Intelligence. Actual Impact.
At Docebo, we’re using AI to change how people learn at work—and we mean actually change it. We’re an AI-powered learning platform that helps organizations create, deliver, and manage training all in one place. But our real mission goes deeper: we help teams move faster, work smarter, and focus on the work that truly matters. Our platform is built with intelligent, time-saving tools that personalize learning, eliminate busywork, and turn training from a checkbox into a superpower. The result? Better experiences for learners and real results for businesses.
We’re shaping the future of learning with a team that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're excited by the idea of using AI to make work-life better for real people–you’ll feel right at home here. And it’s not just what we build, it’s how we show up. At Docebo, our values aren’t just posters on the wall—they guide how we work every day. We call it the Docebo Heart: trust by default, assume positive intent, and create space for different perspectives to thrive.
So… what are you waiting for? Join 900+ Docebians around the world and help us reinvent the way people learn, because learning never stops.
You'll be the operational engine behind our Global Business Development team. That means owning the tools BDs rely on daily, building sequences that actually convert, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between "lead generated" and "meeting booked."
You will be a key contributor to the ongoing AI transformation in Pre-Sales Operations. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to replace routine tasks with automation and AI, enabling human expertise to focus on complex judgment and decision-making.
Candidates who are motivated by the challenge of imposing order, enhancing efficiency, and providing clarity to this complex, high-velocity operational engine are encouraged to submit their application.

Provide responsive user support across 40+ BDs and leadership

You'll drive efficiency through automation and proactive process optimization:
Build and maintain automations that reduce manual work for BDs
Identify bottlenecks in the top-of-funnel process and propose solutions
Proactively surface funnel process improvements to leadership
Configure and maintain Zapier workflows (nice-to-have)
Collaborate with Pre-Sales Operations team on long-term transformation projects
Manage territory and account assignment processes
Support quota and capacity planning for BD teams
Maintain account routing rules and assignment logic in Salesforce

You'll own the data story for BD performance:

Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadences
Prep data and insights for QBRs and pipeline reviews
Track top-of-funnel conversion metrics and flag problems before they impact pipeline
Maintain internal Ops reports and dashboards
Analyze sequence and outreach performance to drive continuous improvement
Build and maintain operational documentation and playbooks
Document processes, workflows, and system configurations
Own process documentation and governance standards
