Fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join as a Operation/Program Manager in ARM's Solutions Engineering Group and support two Engineering functions, one delivering Technology IPs and another one focusing on Compute, Methodology and Automations.
In this role, you will act as a central operational anchor for the teams, enabling effective execution, communication, and coordination across geographically distributed engineering and operations partners. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional team members to ensure alignment, accountability, and flawless execution of key operational rhythms and priorities.
This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating extensively with teams in North America and other regions.

Salary Range:
$136,000-$184,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Own and organize key operational cadences, including staff meetings and quarterly operational reviews with multiple teams. Drive meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Be accountable for resourcing accuracy, including headcount planning, hiring status, and alignment with finance and workforce planning processes.
- Prepare and coordinate high-priority leadership meetings and events such as Quarterly Business Updates, All Hands meetings, face-to-face sessions, and offsites. This includes agenda development, logistics, and customer coordination.
- Ensure no action items are lost across cross-functional discussions by proactively tracking decisions, commitments, and dependencies.
- Oversee correspondence, documentation, and communications to support clarity, consistency, and transparency across the organization.
- Coordinate internal team activities as well as engagements involving external or adjacent teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership, anticipating needs, surfacing risks, and driving resolution across multiple parallel initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Computer Science or Electrical preferred)
- Significant experience in program, operations, or project management roles, within a semiconductor environment
- Experience creating and maintaining reports and presentations (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows involving multiple teams and customers across geographies
- Strong organizational skills with a consistent track record of driving execution, follow-through, and accountability
- General knowledge of design to product flows, EDA, automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly at all levels
- Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience:
- Prior ASIC design or SOC integration experience including bus protocols, memory controllers, clocks, I/O, debug, Security
