Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B solution sales, a deep understanding of the physical security and video surveillance industry, and a demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic channel and end-user relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, growth objectives, and market share expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, partner engagement, and industry networking within the security and surveillance ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, wholesale distributors, consultants, and end users.
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support—to align customer needs with solution offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Deliver compelling in-person and virtual product presentations, demonstrations, and solution positioning to showcase value and differentiate offerings.
  • Manage pipeline activity and provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and territory updates using CRM tools and other reporting systems.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements as required.

·       Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

·       Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within physical security, video surveillance, enterprise technology, or IT solutions.

·       Strong understanding of security technologies, including IP video systems, cloud-based platforms, and AI-driven analytics solutions.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

·       Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

·       Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

·       Ability to lift and transport up to 35 lbs. of equipment as needed for demonstrations and installations.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

·       Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with experience working under commission-based compensation structures.

·       Comprehensive understanding of consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
