Provides commercial and technology legal support across three Canadian businesses. Drafts and negotiates customer, supplier, distribution, software, SaaS, licensing, services, and government agreements; advises on IP, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, trade controls, sanctions, anti-corruption, and corporate governance. Maintains contract processes, manages outside counsel and legal budgets, supports disputes and settlements, and coordinates with business leaders and global headquarters counsel.

Drive sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across Western Canada. Develop business through prospecting, partner engagement, and industry networking; manage relationships with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users; deliver product demonstrations; maintain CRM pipelines and forecasts; monitor market trends; and represent the company at trade shows and customer events.
