You’re not just filling roles—you’re driving the business forward.
As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you bring an expert sourcing mindset to every search. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume craft and salaried roles, with a strong focus on proactively identifying, engaging, attracting and converting top talent to hires within a highly competitive labour market. Operating in a fast paced, operations driven environment, you will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and targeted outreach to build deep, qualified talent pools for critical roles. Your ability to map talent markets, engage passive candidates, and create early momentum in the hiring process will be key to your success.
Through strong relationship-building and a consultative approach, you will partner closely with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities, role requirements, and talent needs, bringing relevant insights on market conditions. From there, you’ll develop and execute targeted hiring plans, build high quality pipelines, and drive execution across active requisitions to meet evolving business needs and timelines.
