Maintain and optimize Ledcor's financial systems, develop and enhance reports, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot complex issues, support implementations and upgrades, deliver training and documentation, and collaborate with Finance and IS to align systems with business requirements.

Supervise and mentor a telecom design team to deliver accurate, constructible fiber-optic network design packages on schedule. Review and approve drawings, enforce QA and standards, align designs with construction, allocate resources, resolve design issues, and drive process improvements while collaborating with PMO, field operations, engineering, and external partners.

Perform general deck duties supporting tug and barge operations under the tug Master, including securing barges, handling towing gear, lookout and helm duties, seamanship tasks, vessel upkeep, and food preparation. Follow safety procedures and participate in scheduled shift rotations.

Lead end-to-end bid pursuits for Design-Build projects, coordinating design, estimating, operations, and proposal teams. Develop pursuit strategies, pricing support, schedules, and RFQ/RFP submissions. Act as primary client contact, maintain bid documentation, capture lessons learned, and ensure compliant, competitive proposals that meet financial goals.

Process and maintain employee records, payroll and timekeeping data in Workday/JDE/HCM. Validate, reconcile, and resolve HR/payroll discrepancies, support employee lifecycle transactions, troubleshoot system issues, test enhancements, and provide service-centre support including on-call response for urgent payroll matters.

Lead enterprise data platform strategy and delivery, owning architecture, integration, governance, observability, and portfolio management.
