As The Enterprise Security Architect you’re are a recognized enterprise security expert who leads security architecture across Ledcor’s technology environment, maintaining broad coverage across enterprise security domains while bringing deep focus to identity and access management, cloud security, modern application platforms, and secure integration patterns.
In this role you will anticipate business, technology, threat, vendor, and regulatory changes and translates them into practical solution designs, reference architectures, security standards, roadmaps, and implementation guidance that reduce enterprise cyber risk while enabling business outcomes.
You are a senior individual contributor, reviewing security architecture across enterprise projects and implementations, leading complex cybersecurity initiatives, solving ambiguous security architecture problems with broad business impact, while advising senior stakeholders on risk-based technology decisions.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise security strategy and architecture through roadmaps, standards, blueprints, and reusable security patterns.
  • Lead security architecture reviews for enterprise, AI, automation, cloud, identity, and third-party solutions, ensuring alignment with security standards and risk posture.
  • Lead complex cybersecurity architecture and solution design initiatives, translating business and technical requirements into secure, scalable designs.
  • Develop secure architectures across IAM, cloud security, SIEM, SaaS, application security, PAM, workload identities, and non-human identities.
  • Identify architecture and design gaps, recommend security controls and remediation, and strengthen enterprise risk posture.
  • Provide security leadership through stakeholder advisory, architecture forums, standards, coaching, and security education.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive information security or technology experience, with expertise in security architecture, IAM, cloud security, application security, risk, and governance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, ISSAP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience leading complex cybersecurity initiatives and secure solution design across IAM, cloud, SaaS, applications, privileged access, third-party access, and security control programs
  • Deep expertise in IAM for human and non-human identities, including IGA, PAM, authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, workload identities, service accounts, APIs, secrets, tokens, certificates, and agentic AI
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security architecture, including cloud identity, landing zones, workload protection, SaaS, data security, logging, monitoring, and secure integration
  • Skilled in developing secure solution designs, reference architectures, ADRs, design patterns, standards, roadmaps, risk assessments, and executive recommendations
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept through delivery and collaborate across security, infrastructure, cloud, application, data, vendor, and business teams
  • Strong understanding of Security-by-Design, Zero Trust, threat modeling, control design, risk-based decision-making, stakeholder influence, and executive communication

Compensation

$121,200.00 - $166,650.00

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
