As a Receptionist, you will be our first point of contact for visitors at STEMCELL, providing logistical and administrative support at our Greater Vancouver locations!
Please note that there are two positions available - one at our Vancouver headquarters and one at our Burnaby campus.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet visitors and maintain accurate visitor and delivery logs, as well as answering and transferring calls and emails
Provide, monitor, and manage access badges and parking passes
Order and manage office supplies and coordinate the receipt and distribution of daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages
Support Facilities operations by tracking and updating service requests and work orders in JIRA
Provide new hire support, including preparing name badges and nameplates, and updating seating charts
Knowledge and Qualifications
Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support, and/or customer service required
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and work effectively both independently and within a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace and learning new systems

The annual salary for this job ranges from:
$52,748.00 - $65,600.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
