We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated and QA Analyst to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.


Job Duties  

  • Execute feature test on a 0-day malware detection product  

  • Execute regression testing on FortiNet based products using a combination of manual and automation testing techniques.  

  • Work closely with developers to understand new features  

  • Create and execute test specifications and test cases.  

  • Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing. Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed  

Experience Required  

  • Software testing experience  

  • A degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field  

  • Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching  

  • Knowledge of general QA procedures and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals  

  • Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting server software and hardware in a Windows and Unix environment  

  • Ability to work on assigned tasks under tight time constraints

  • Scripting experience for auto testing 

  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible problem reports, and test results  

  • Knowledge of database a plus  

  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms is preferred

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $79,700 - $97,400 annually.  Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.  Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
