The Role
As a QA Automation Engineer at Capco, you’ll design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile and API applications for Wealth & Asset Management platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, product and business stake stakeholders to align testing efforts with project requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with QA Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in information technology and software development with expertise in test automation, agile methodologies and QA best practices.
- Experience with Java Selenium for UI automation.
- Experience or exposure to Atlassian, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence is desirable.
- Banking, wealth management, capital markets experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay ranges:
Consultant - $92,000 to $105,000 + bonus + benefits
Senior Consultant - $118,000 to $135,000 + bonus + benefits
Principal Consultant - $153,000 to $175,000 + bonus + benefits
Managing Principal - $191,000 to $231,000 + bonus + benefits
The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
