We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst with 3+ years of experience to drive quality activities and oversee daily testing operations within our mobile app development projects. This role focuses on ensuring overall quality and schedule adherence, delivering test strategies and plans, and executing comprehensive test case scenarios. The QA Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to verify test analyses, designs, and readiness while conducting root cause analyses to ensure a seamless product experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality assurance activities, focusing on the day-to-day delivery of testing operations for mobile app development projects.
- Develop and deliver test strategies and planning deliverables that align with project goals and timelines.
- Verify the accuracy and comprehensiveness of test analysis and design deliverables, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams to set up and maintain the test environment, ensuring readiness and stability for testing activities.
- Develop detailed test cases and scripts, including associated project deliverables, and execute BCCS (Business Critical Customer Scenarios) test cases to validate product functionality.
- Verify the readiness of testing deliverables, identifying gaps and conducting root cause analysis as needed.
- Ensure overall quality and adherence to project schedules and timelines, providing regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, enhancing product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant Technical Certificate in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, preferably with a focus on mobile app development.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, software testing principles, concepts, verification and validation methods, and test & risk management.
- Experience developing, executing, and managing detailed test cases and scripts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in conducting root cause analyses.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with testing tools, environments, and frameworks that support mobile app testing is a plus.
