In Chile, Drive the Future opportunities are available to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants are hired for up to 18 months, starting with a 6-month contract that may be renewed subject to performance and business needs.

- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
- Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
- Strong data skills, including the ability to work with and interpret datasets to support decision-making
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, with sound judgment and appropriate use guidelines
