Job Description
BAE is looking for an experienced and exceptional Project Manager for an exciting opportunity supporting the Air Force's next-generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Sentinel Program. This Project Manager will directly support the Director's Action Group with critical tasks to include assisting with managing the employee awards program, essential timekeeper duties, and task management across the organization.
Duties may include the following:
- Substantial and frequent multi-tasking
- Assisting with managing the organization's employee awards program
- Establishing internal awards program deadlines and tracking all awards package submissions
- Verifying that all nominees meet minimum requirements for awards submission
- Editing awards packages to ensure proper grammar, formatting, and compliance with The Tongue and Quill and applicable templates
- Coordinating review of awards packages by senior leadership an award review boards
- Tracking completion of employee timecards and ensuring all applicable rules and regulations are followed
- Reviewing, assigning, tracking, and managing organizational tasks using task management software
- Regularly briefing status of tasks to senior leadership
- Daily collaboration with Government and military personnel to enable mission success

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BA or BS degree + 7 years of related work experience
- 7+ years of relevant Project Manager experience in the defense industry
- Current Secret Security Clearance with the eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with utilizing task management software to manage organizational tasks
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems, rules, and regulations
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), Adobe, and other common business applications
- Highly positive attitude, "team player" mentality, results oriented
- Strong initiative, acute attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills - trusted and reliable, prompt, and attentive
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Fast learner with demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to emerging requirements
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Director's Action Group experience
- ICBM Acquisitions experience
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
- Task management tools: TMT, STS, JIRA
- Air Force nuclear topic education

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
