What Will You Do?
Scheduling:

  • Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules
  • Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines
  • Reporting, and updating directors of project schedule

Management and Leadership:

  • Complete the tendering process for contract awarding
  • Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors and employees
  • Project resource allocation from internal and external resources.
  • Project documentation, communication, and reporting
  • Conduct consultant meetings
  • Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior team.

Quality Control

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required
  • Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Work with Sr. PM and help oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents
  • Ensure the project is built on a budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications.
  • Work with the Leasing team to help develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience in commercial or residential projects
  • Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Experience overseeing multi-family projects
  • Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset
  • Project Management education is an asset


Salary Range:

$140,000 - $180,000
