The Digital Project Manager on the Critical Mass team collaborates closely with our client to create applications which drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites- Think big design marketing and experience. We help our client connect with consumers globally through mobile, digital, and in-store experiences. This team ensures that branding and human-centered design are consistent across all digital touchpoints, maintaining engaging and on-brand experiences. You will partner with creative, development, QA and partner teams to deliver product launches in a fast paced environment with tenacity and precision. Candidates must have a proven track record of digital innovation and multi-channel delivery. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and key collaborators. The ideal candidate has marketing agency experience, is adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of strategic planning. 

You Are:

  • A self-starter who is self-motivated and self-sufficient 
  • Dedicated to excellence with exceptional attention to detail
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and able to handle rapid change and ambiguity
  • Skilled at managing complex programs in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Capable of quickly organizing information and summarizing it succinctly
  • Proficient with end-to-end web and app technologies
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines 

You Have: 

  • 4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency managing various digital projects; site builds, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, websites, microsites, landing pages and maintenance
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools such as Keynote, Pages, Numbers and/or Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with collaboration and issue tracking tools like Box, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget, resource management, reporting, change management, project roadmap development, and revenue forecasting
  • Experience managing teams and client conversations regarding scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategies
  • Familiarity with e-commerce is a plus

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$65,000$90,000 CAD
