THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement, you will be at the center of how Aritzia brings AI to life. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, AI-enabled solutions – on time and on budget – shaping how AI accelerates our business—responsibly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.
You’ll pair sharp business acumen with exceptional organizational leadership to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable solutions and unlock new ways of working across the organization. THE ROLE
As the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement, you will:
Spearhead the successful delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise AI projects that directly contribute to Aritzia’s strategic growth initiatives
Orchestrate internal and external multi-disciplinary teams and technology resources through critical dependencies and timelines
Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilities
Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
Partner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and change
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Enterprise AI Enablement has:
Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP
Experience with AI work in a Retail organization is preferred
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
