THE TEAM

The mission of the Project Management Office is to bring the most important projects to realization.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Project Management Office (PMO) is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for transforming strategy and goals into realized projects that create net new value for the business. You will play a pivotal role in leading business expansion and setting up people and process infrastructure to drive business growth initiatives that are a strategic fit with Aritzia’s long term goals. You will be responsible for supporting and defining the strategic direction for key initiatives and delivering their successful completion, on time and on budget using best project management practices. You will be working collaboratively with business leaders and cross-functional support partners to obtain executive alignment and approvals to drive projects forward. THE ROLE

As the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Business Initiatives you will:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Spearhead the successful strategy, planning and delivery of large scale multi-disciplinary projects that directly contribute to our corporate growth initiatives
• Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and support with developing the necessary capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
• Partner with executive stakeholders and other support partners enable a collaborative approach to project delivery, fostering teamwork and driving successful outcomes

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Project Manager / Project Manager, Business Initiatives has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP and/or retail experience preferred
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
