As Senior Program Manager, you will lead Employee Impact initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to implement EDI strategies, manage large-scale projects, and develop educational programming to support diversity and inclusion goals.

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Program Manager, Employee Impact you are a key partner in activating the Employee Impact strategic roadmap. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to educate, integrate and align the roadmap. You will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of Employee Impact programming to meet long and short-term objectives in support of the strategic direction of Arc’teryx.

- Advancing EDI initiatives across the business and partnering to support the implementation of the Employee Impact strategy
- Collaborating with executive leadership team to communicate Employee Impact updates and progress, encouraging accountability for EDI integration within their teams
- Developing and refining solutions that align with the Employee Impact priorities and drive business outcomes
- Managing vendor relationships to co-created programming that supports strategic EDI goals
- Creating pathways for equity-deserving employees through inclusive practices in recruitment, advancement, compensation and benefits, and accessibility
- Leading cross-functional projects that bring the Employee Impact strategy to life across the organization

- Executing and amplifying the 5-year Employee Impact strategic roadmap
- Project managing EDI initiatives from inception through to completion
- Designing and delivering learning programs that advance Employee Impact initiatives
Are you our next Program Manager, Employee Impact?
- You have 5+ years of Employee Impact experience, ideally within HR for the retail sector or a similar industry.
- You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. Psychology, HR, Business) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in EDI and commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, with a focus on advancing organizational understanding and global alignment.
- You have a proven ability to build trust and relationships across all levels of the business
- You demonstrate business acumen and can connect organizational goals to inclusive people practices
- Provide strategic insights that inform decision-making and drive outcomes aligned with individual, team and organizational goals
- Proven coaching skills with experience guiding leaders at all levels across the business
- You have strong influencing skills with the ability to drive outcomes that support individuals, teams, and the business
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing across diverse audiences
