Position Summary:

The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the successful development, launch, and lifecycle management of power conversion products. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and coordinated execution across all corporate functions, including engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, quality, go-to-market, and others.

The successful candidate is a systems thinker who excels at orchestrating diverse teams, managing ambiguity, and delivering business outcomes. You will guide programs from concept through launch and full lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, risks are managed, and value is delivered to customers and the business.
This position is full time, temporary contract for 15 months.

Specific Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end program execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and effective execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product management, operations, quality, supply chain, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer acceptance.
  • Own program governance, including milestone approvals, change management, and stakeholder communication through the Program Review Board.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Apply judgment to optimize trade-offs between features, cost, and schedule, ensuring product-market fit and manufacturability.
  • Facilitate collaborative decision-making, leveraging structured problem-solving tools and processes to overcome technical and operational challenges.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, ensuring transparency, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion product ownership, developing a deep understanding of customer use cases and translating insights into product enhancements.
  • Contribute to organizational excellence by continuously improving NPD processes, tools, and policies.
  • Other duties as required. 

Requirements
  • Education in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 10 years experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary product development programs for hardware-based products.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, electromechanical systems, and software development lifecycles.
  • Deep familiarity with AIAG quality processes (APQP, FMEA, PPAP) and their application in product development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive cross-functional collaboration, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and root cause analysis skills, with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working closely with operations and supply chain to ensure production readiness and material availability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization.

Benefits

Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year plus bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
