We’re continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Product Marketing Team making that happen.

Your impact.

Strategy & Leadership — Provide strategic oversight on all product positioning to ensure it ties back to HealthJoy’s value proposition. Provide strategic oversight across launch plans to ensure that launch activity feels cohesive to our audience and aligns with industry seasonality for maximum impact. Evaluate performance of GTM strategies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve launch effectiveness.

Audience Expertise — Develop a deep understanding of our buyers (including channel partners) and their needs. Maintain buyer personas and lead projects related to interviewing or gathering information about our buyers to keep personas up-to-date.Deep Product Expertise — Develop strong relationships with your product management counterparts. Keep up with current product roadmap and roadmap changes (including maintaining roadmap deliverables). Advise product management on ideal launch timing based on industry seasonality. Maintain a deep understanding of our current product.

Market & Competitive Knowledge — Keep up with market trends. Keep up with new and existing competitors and alternatives. Maintain competitive positioning and battlecards. Oversee win/loss analysis program.

Positioning & GTM Strategy — Own product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for benefits engagement product enhancements. Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, Customer Success, Sales, and other relevant teams to develop and execute a strong GTM strategy that will drive product awareness and adoption. Ensure new launches support or enhance our overall benefits engagement narrative.

Field Team Enablement — Partner with Revenue Enablement team to develop and conduct product training (how to position, key messages, their role in our GTM strategy), certifications, etc. for our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Post-Launch Analysis — Analyze product adoption and identify opportunities to improve positioning or GTM strategy for better adoption.

Your experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B or B2B2C business models in the healthcare technology or benefits space
  • Understanding of the healthcare technology or benefits market
  • Strong experience leading market research, product messaging & positioning, and GTM strategies
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving alignment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently with high standards for quality of work and a high-level of accountability
  • Problem solver mindset with an ability to navigate ambiguous projects
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in marketing, healthcare, business, or related field

Total Rewards 

Job Level: 40  

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $135,000 - $155,000 Annually 

The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance. 

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. 

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
