  • Build, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with strategic priorities, expected value, risks, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
  • Translate business and user needs into problems to solve, value hypotheses, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and clear user stories.
  • Prioritize the product backlog by balancing business value, technical feasibility, data quality, integration complexity, security, compliance, and user experience.
  • Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation activities, including proof of concepts, prototypes, pilot projects, user testing, A/B testing, and phased rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with data, AI, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, risk management, user experience, and business teams.
  • Define product success metrics, including adoption, usage, satisfaction, business value, operational performance, and, where appropriate, model performance measures.
  • Monitor solutions after deployment to measure benefits, identify issues related to quality, bias, drift, performance, or adoption, and prioritize continuous improvements.
  • Promote the responsible use of artificial intelligence by embedding principles of ethics, transparency, explainability, security, privacy, and data governance by design.
  • Prepare and communicate recommendations, trade-offs, progress updates, risks, and results to stakeholders at various levels, including leaders and governance committees.
  • Contribute to market intelligence efforts related to generative AI, intelligent agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automation, advanced analytics, and data platforms to identify new value-creation opportunities.

  • Is known for collaborative leadership, autonomy, rigor, and the ability to create alignment around shared objectives.
  • Has significant experience in product management, technology solution delivery, analytics, data, or artificial intelligence.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of data and AI concepts, including data governance, machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and responsible AI practices.
  • Demonstrates strong awareness of security, privacy, ethics, regulatory compliance, and risk management considerations.
  • Has experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile or hybrid environment.
  • Holds a university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or another relevant discipline.
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the incumbent will be required to collaborate, influence, present recommendations, participate in committees, evaluate technology solutions, interact with vendors, and work on AI initiatives with English-speaking partners, teams, and internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
