Lead and execute bilingual (English/French) marketing campaigns across digital and print channels for voluntary group insurance. Manage projects end-to-end, analyze performance, recommend optimizations, create and review bilingual materials, collaborate with Sales and designers, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery of campaigns and initiatives.

Manage and optimize direct-response marketing campaigns (digital and print) for voluntary group insurance products. Develop strategies, communication plans, and sales tactics; create and review bilingual English/French content; analyze campaign performance; collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to improve materials and execution.

Manage client, broker, partner, and stakeholder relationships across renewals, implementations, marketing activities, and ongoing service delivery. Coordinate internal teams, support meetings and business reviews, resolve issues, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to growth, retention, profitability, and client acquisition initiatives. Analyze market intelligence, competitive information, client insights, and operational data to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Processes segregated funds, GICs, transfers, and other investment products with insurance carriers. Manages client account setup, investment files, mail, data quality, documentation follow-up, issue resolution, and advisor communications. Ensures accurate, compliant, and timely processing while maintaining service standards. The role also supports operational priorities, system and process changes, escalated issues, and special projects.

Supports portfolio management, asset allocation, and middle-office investment activities through security, sector, macroeconomic, quantitative, valuation, performance, and risk analysis. Responsibilities may include managing diversified portfolios, developing valuation and optimization models, reporting, identifying investment risks, and improving processes.
