Sell group insurance and employee benefits (health, dental, life, disability, retirement, wellness) to employers by prospecting, conducting needs assessments, delivering proposals, negotiating and closing contracts, and managing client relationships while collaborating with underwriting, product, and marketing teams.

Lead and execute bilingual (English/French) marketing campaigns across digital and print channels for voluntary group insurance. Manage projects end-to-end, analyze performance, recommend optimizations, create and review bilingual materials, collaborate with Sales and designers, and ensure timely, on-brand delivery of campaigns and initiatives.

Manage and optimize direct-response marketing campaigns (digital and print) for voluntary group insurance products. Develop strategies, communication plans, and sales tactics; create and review bilingual English/French content; analyze campaign performance; collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to improve materials and execution.

Manage a defined territory supporting the VP, Sales to grow business with advisors and brokerages. Generate outbound prospecting calls, maintain daily advisor contact, support roadshows/events, produce fund analyses, create marketing communications, track subscriptions/redemptions, and contribute to territory business planning and KPIs. Collaborate with sales assistant and escalate client issues as needed.

Provide administrative support to the Claims team by screening and routing inquiries, managing mail and digital imaging, preparing client correspondence, conducting system searches, updating claim files and payment status, and communicating with clients and internal teams to obtain missing information and resolve inquiries.

Lead distribution of individual life insurance products through broker channels by training advisors on products, sales concepts and illustration software, building relationships with advisors and MGA teams, creating regional marketing plans and presentations, soliciting new business, responding to inquiries, and representing the company at conferences, roadshows and events (including evenings and weekends).

Provide personalized wealth planning, investment advice, and insurance recommendations to clients nationwide via virtual channels. Build and grow client relationships, execute trades, ensure compliance, maintain accurate client records, and collaborate with partners to drive business growth.

The Senior Consultant will manage complex underwriting cases, provide expert consultation to advisors, and ensure timely communication with carriers. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, addressing underwriting queries, and collaborating on strategic marketing initiatives.
